Butt filler before and after: what do real results look like?

BeforeAfter
BeforeAfterEach case is individual and results vary from person to person.
These are real butt filler photos of Dr. Thiago Perfeito's patients, in Brasília, Brazil. Each image shows the before and the after side by side. To read a buttock filler before and after honestly, check whether light, angle, posture, and clothing are the same in both photos, and ask how long afterward the after was taken.
About the cases in this gallery
The cases in this gallery are part of Dr. Thiago Perfeito's (CRM-DF 23199) more than 500 buttock cases, seen at Clínica INTI, in Lago Sul. Each plan was defined at an individual consultation, which is why the gallery does not state the product or the volume for each photo: what worked for one patient is not the recipe for the next.
How do you read a before and after without being misled?
A comparison is only valid if the conditions are the same in both photos. Look at five points:
- Light: side lighting creates shadow, and shadow looks like volume. Both photos need to have the same lighting.
- Angle and distance: a lower or closer camera makes the butt look bigger. Compare a back view with a back view, 45° with 45°, profile with profile.
- Posture: contracting the glutes, shifting weight from one leg to the other, or arching the lower back changes the contour. The ideal is a relaxed posture, with the weight on both feet.
- Clothing: different cuts of underwear or bikini change the apparent curve. The garment should be the same, or very similar.
- Timing: ask when the after was taken. Right after hyaluronic acid, swelling exaggerates the volume; with a biostimulator, the result is progressive and appears over months.
To track your own case, photos on fixed dates — before, and at around 30, 90, and 180 days — show the progress that the everyday mirror hides.
What does a butt filler photo not show?
A photo does not show the feel, the movement, the quality of the skin up close, or how well the result matches the rest of the body. Nor does it say which product was used, how many mL, or how much it cost. Those answers are in hyaluronic acid or biostimulator, how many mL, and butt filler cost.
And no case is a promise: body, skin, and goal change from one person to another. If your goal is the lateral depressions of the hips, see hip dips. For the other selection criteria beyond the photos, read how to choose a doctor.
